Is cleaning included?
Weekly cleaning and linen changeovers are included for stays longer than 9 days.Â
Is parking included?
An on street parking permit is included when you book direct through our website. Please contact the host with your booking details and licence plate a week prior to check-in to arrange this.
Are pets allowed?
Up to two pets are allowed in the Garden apartment as it offers exclusive use of the Garden. We accept dogs and cats, an additional £15 is charged per stay. Pets are not allowed to be in the property during the weekly cleaning service.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is via a lockbox at the front of the property so can be anytime after 3pm on the day of arrival. Check in instructions are sent on the morning of arrival.
Is there a monthly price available?
Monthly stays are discounted at 25% and start from £1800 for a 1 bedroom apartment. This includes weekly cleaning and linen changeovers, all bills and utilities, high speed internet, cooking and laundry facilities and smart TV with included Netflix.Â
Do you offer discount for Mon-Fri stays?
Yes we offer a monthly discount of 25% for Monday to Friday stays of over 4 weeks. Please email [email protected] to arrange this directly.Â
Do you required identification for the stay?
Yes, it is a legal requirement to check identification (ID) of a guest prior to their stay. A link will be sent to you once you have booked with a secure method of providing an ID document.Â
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, a £200 deposit hold is taken per booking, you will receive a link to enter your card details after the booking has been made.Â
The deposit is held which means it is frozen on your card for the duration of the stay. Part or whole of the deposit will only be taken if there is damage to the apartment during the stay. Â
What cooking facilities are there?
Each apartment is equipped with a microwave, oven and hob.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and small ironing board.
